Scope of processed personal data

The Operator collects the following data on registered users of its services via the Site (only in case of voluntary registration):

name
surname
e-mail address
password
other information that users voluntarily provide (nickname, address, phone number, date of birth)

Furthermore, if the user's account is registered under selected services, the Operator records data on the use of the Site through cookies, which allow the Operator to identify the user (or when logging into his or her account etc.), or to adapt the given service to user preferences.

Cookies may also be used for unregistered users, i.e. for any visitors to the Site, in the manner described above.

Scope and purpose of use of personal data

The provided personal data is processed (i.e. collected, stored and used), in particular to:

use the services provided by the Operator or third persons under a contractual arrangement with the Operator through the Site or through other services;
manage user accounts and customisation of services provided by the Operator to the needs and interests of individual users;
send commercial messages by e-mail or notices about new services or the improvement thereof on the Site, including other marketing assets of the Operator, in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of information companies, as amended.

Authorisation of processor to manage personal data and handling thereof

The Operator processes personal data through a processor, which is the business company World Media Partners, with registered office at Táboritská 23, 130 00 Prague 3, Organisation ID No. 26208075 (hereinafter referred at as the "Processor"). The Processor is the owner and operator of the CZeCOT information system (more information available at www.czecot.info).

Based on a contractual relationship with the Operator, the Processor is entitled and obliged to process personal data of users to the extent and in the manner provided in these conditions.

The Processor is entitled to process personal data provided by the user with the intent of using it for all sites operated by the Operator or technically supported by the Operator.

Termination of processing of personal data

The User is entitled to prohibit the Operator from sending commercial messages via its user profile and/or sending replies to sent messages or clicking on a link that performs logout.

The Operator is entitled to keep personal data for the duration of the user's account or until withdrawal of consent to processing personal data by the user. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the user account of the user must be deactivated.

Hostile attacks

Any event with the aim of erasing, displacing or altering the contents of the web pages of the portal, with the exception of partners authorised to perform administration of the content, attacks with the intention of delaying or preventing reading of pages or impairing any of its functions, DoS, DDoS or other activity of a similar character shall be considered a criminal offence. In such a case the above information relating to personal data protection shall not apply. The identification data of the offender shall be handed to the police and other bodies without delay.

Guarantee and liability

Neither Operator, any employee thereof, the portal administrator, any employee thereof or co-worker shall accept any responsibility for the content of the web pages of the portal, and shall not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, graphics, text, references or other materials made available here, and shall not be liable for any special, indirect, secondary or consequent damages, including but not limited to lost income or lost profit which may occur due to the use of these materials. The content is provided without guarantee of any time and is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Protection of copyright

The portal is the work of an author, both as a whole and in its individual parts. Copyright is owned and administered by Operator.
It is permitted to save excerpts from the web pages of the portal on a local computer and to print out copies thereof only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other manner of use, reproduction, adaptation, adjustment, other alteration, distribution or saving of the web sites of the portal in any form and using any means, either in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Operator, is prohibited.

Products and services of partners listed on the web pages, as well as information about them and images thereof, as well as further works, may be protected by further rights of the affected persons. The names and indications of products, services, companies, persons, societies and organisations may be registered trademarks of the relevant owners. Author’s works of other persons may also be found on these web pages.

Termination

Operator reserves the right to immediately terminate your use to the page or access to this page in the case that it judges that you have violated any of the provisions of this clause or any of the valid legal prescriptions, or in the case that it considers your conduct on the page to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
